This is a good solid film for sports and soccer fans as well as those just looking ofr a good film. Wes Bently and Gerard Butler brought beleivable, outstanding performances as Walter Bahr and Frank Borghi and the supporting cast delivers superb performances as well. Not only does the Game of Their Lives tell a story of history in sports but it gives insite into who these men were off the field. This is a good film that tells a good story well worth watching.

I saw this movie before they changed the name. It is a very good ‘feel good’ movie for Americans. Maybe not so much for the English. But then, I love anything that beats the English. Loved it, especially the mud shots.
